Cowboy Vs. Candyland

Our favorite Naked Cowboy (check him out in the July ’07 issue) is suing the Mars candy corporation over their use of his likeness (in the form of a scantily clad cowboy M&M) on a Times Square billboard.

The cowboy, aka Robert Burck, milks his living from Times Square tourists (and, occasionally, Playgirls) by serenading them on the guitar, in nothing but his briefs.

“All I’ve got is my underwear. It’s the most brilliant thing that’s ever been created from a marketing perspective. You can’t stop it,” Burck told the New York Post. He’s hitting Mars up for $6 million.
