Clothes Line

Clothes in TreesUs Playgirls just love our underwear; so you can imagine our surprise upon learning Kazuo Oshitani, 48, was arrested in Osaka, Japan, in December for littering his neighborhood with women’s (and unfortunately, little girl’s) undergarments.

“I used to love seeing how annoyed people got when they found the panties I’d discarded in their homes,” Oshitani told police. A raid on his home following the arrest turned up more than 200 new and unworn items of women’s undergarments, including pairs of little girls’ underpants, and pantyhose.

Oshitani was charged with littering for what seemed like a strange act of mischief rather than an utterly perverse crime.—Rachel Brook
