He claims that solo sex can burn calories and up your metabolism. What’s the catch? You need to do it five times day! That’s all fine and dandy for the guys…but what about the women? (Seriously, five times a day?)

Py Kim Conant, the author of Sex Secrets of an American Geisha, supports Dr. Yamanaka’s idea but adds a realistic twist for the ladies. Conant advises to try her tips for distraction any time you feel the craving for an extra Twinkie: Get in bed. Strip. Fantasize. Masturbate. Drink cold water. Take a nap. Brush your teeth (Wha???). Masturbate…and the list goes on.

    hmmmm…. Not a bad deal… lol if you have all the time in the world… although let’s get real, five times a day where can you squeeze that in….

    lol either way I will take maybe three times a day if it is to lose weight… wink wink… hahhaaa… So ladies let’s pick up a notch and maybe we can eventually get to five times a day all what do we got to lose, oh yeah that’s right… its that “DAMN WEIGHT” it works out perfectly so why not!
